So who am I?
I have a background in competitive basketball, athletics, rowing, bodybuilding, CrossFit and strength and conditioning for sports performance. I've been a coach/trainer for the last ten years in Australia, Bali and more recently online and have sought out the best coaches and trainers to learn from myself.
I've coached CrossFit in gyms for the last 7 years and been coaching online mainly for the last three. I've got the experience in video analysis, feedback and accountability to get you where you need to go.
I've found coaching is a 2 way street, and it's not enough to just program some strength and conditioning and expect you to do your part.
I'm here to make it easy to follow, support you in the peaks and valleys and be there to hand you a drink at the finish line.
I'm with you from start to finish.
I have trained and competed in CrossFit for 5 years now. I have experience coaching online and in-person in both Strength and Conditioning and CrossFit environments, with a wide range of clients from recreational to competitive athletes.
Having a background in Gymnastics makes this one of my favourite elements of CrossFit, which I have completed the CrossFit Gymnastics course by Coach Birdy.
I have developed an understanding of the importance of different programming modalities for different athletes and have been influenced by various strength training methods such as Charles Poliquin.
As a competitive athlete Team competitions are definitely my favourite with Wodapalooza and French Throwdown being the highlights so far. I’ve also competed as an individual at the European Championships and Arnold Fitness Games.
