So who am I?
I have a background in competitive basketball, athletics, rowing, bodybuilding, CrossFit and strength and conditioning for sports performance. I've been a coach/trainer for the last ten years in Australia, Bali and more recently online and have sought out the best coaches and trainers to learn from myself.
I've coached CrossFit in gyms for the last 7 years and been coaching online mainly for the last three. I've got the experience in video analysis, feedback and accountability to get you where you need to go.
I've found coaching is a 2 way street, and it's not enough to just program some strength and conditioning and expect you to do your part.
I'm here to make it easy to follow, support you in the peaks and valleys and be there to hand you a drink at the finish line.

Riccardo aka “Scompa” is an Italian who has been involved basically in every sport ever since he was a kid.
Starting with swimming and transitioning thru skiing, motocross, soccer and muay thai he then committed to basketball for 16 years with several of them in the professional leagues and national team of Italy.
After his basketball days were over he discovered a new way of training and took the path of strength and conditioning coach for over 4 years now.
Ricky is a highly experienced coach having coached extensively in Italy, Bali and Dubai. Scompa has a seriously strong passion for coaching and he will always be around to help you, teach you and support you on your fitness journey!
Ben lives his life by the Japanese concept ‘Kaizen’, which roughly translated, well, in his interpretation anyway, means; Small incremental improvements, every day.
Over 20 years of competitive sport including Soccer, Mountain Biking, Wakeboarding, Physique & in more recent years, Crossfit, Ben has come to realise, that working to be a better version of yourself everyday, whilst it is a never ending pursuit, it is a pursuit that brings fulfilment, energy and happiness to his life.
For this reason, his time is now focused on his mission to pass the lessons, experience & knowledge on to help build better humans.
As The Buffalo Tribe's resident nutrition and mindset guru, Ben will be implementing his philosophies and strategies into your life to help you improve daily in ways you didn't think were possible.
