How do I ask my coach a question?

Just ask away. Coaches are contactable through either the Train Heroic app or directly via email.

How can I send in a video for form check?

Just upload the video to your set in Train Heroic and your coach will provide you feedback! Alternatively, slide in those instagram DM's by tagging us in a story or sending us a video and we will do what we do best...judge people on the internet.

How can I view sessions other than todays?

Don't be nosy. We do provide a weekly session view so you can plan out your upcoming week. Just change your calendar view on the app to weekly and you can see everything coming up.

How do I get started once I've signed up?

Don't call us. We'll call you. Literally. You will receive an email invite to our app and then once you join we will arrange a chat to discuss exactly what your goals and timeframe is to work out what is the best program option for you.

How do I update my billing information?

Dollar dollar bill y'all. All billing is handled as a monthly subscription through Stripe, so if you need to update your billing details or change anything, please contact us via email to do so.

How do I change my subscription plan?

Let's be honest here. The only change you are going to want to make is to go from a group track program to individual because you have realised that we care and want to unleash your full potential. If this is true (it is) or for some unforeseen reason you need any other change, email us with your changes and we will take care of it for you.

What happens if I don't have equipment you have programmed for?

As somebody famous from informercials once said...you got a door, you got a gym. This is a lie, but we can help out. We will provide any equipment substitutions or exercise substitutions to make sure you get the same intended stimulus from a workout.
