FAQ

1 / How do I access my training?

We provide all our training through the Train Heroic App. Upon successful signup to either group or 1:1 coaching you would have received an email with the link to download the app and access code.

2 / When will my training be visible in the app?

All training is visible from Sunday night AEST for the following week, whether you are on group or 1:1 coaching so you can plan for the week ahead and contact us should you need any changes or substitutions to the training.

3 / How do I manage/cancel my subscription?

Please email hello@thebuffalotribe.com to manage/cancel your subscription or log in to your website member portal.

4 / Who is this training suitable for?

This training is suitable for anyone who wants to get better. We provide 3 levels of scaling on workouts and the strength and lifting portions are worked on either % of maxes, or RPE (rate of perceived exertion) so as you grow, the training difficulty grows with you.

5 / How do I receive feedback from the coaches?

The best way to receive feedback is via messaging or notes in the Train Heroic app, or if you are a 1:1 client downloading OnForm which is our video feedback app for lifting and movements.

Alternatively post up your videos in our facebook group to access the brains trust!
