You send us the videos, we send them back with VoiceOver, graphics and cues to fix your problems. You also book in weekly video/voice calls to discuss your progress and a monthly debrief and goal setting.

We break down your movement videos on a daily basis, providing you with the cues and changes you need to put in place to improve.
It could be something as simple as hand placement on a barbell, or something as complex as reaching full extension on your Olympic lifts, but you're never going to know what you're doing wrong if no-one tells you.

WEEKLY VIDEO CALL
You have time available to check in with your coach weekly, and you can book it directly into their calendar at a time that suits you.
Part coach, part therapist, part problem solver.
We want to talk to you every week so we can run over your progress, any difficulties you are facing with your program or movements and whether we need to make any adjustments in your training for the next week.
