BUFFALO TRIBE PROGRAMS

JOIN IN WITH THE STAMPEDE OR GET LEFT BEHIND- PURE CONDITIONING 

  • 6 days a week of metabolic conditioning

  • For those already following a class/group program for strength and just wanting conditioning

  • For those who are sick of having to scroll instagram and screenshot workouts for inspiration

  • Complete the same conditioning as the Buffalo Tribe to be able to compare scores and results

  • Coach on hand to provide 3 levels of scaling and substitutions as needed

  • Less than the price of a coffee a week

BUILD YOUR BASE FITNESS AND STRENGTH WITH FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENTS

  • Workouts incorporating fundamental lifts of squatting, pulling and pressing.

  • Focus on building strength and fitness as well as improving body composition and aesthetics.

  • 5 days a week of training, with 60 minutes a day that can be split up over the course of a week.

  • Regular Coach feedback on lifting and movement technique.

  • Expect nothing complex here, just fundamental movements that have been tried and tested to get you in the best shape of your life.

INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED FUNCTIONAL FITNESS ENTHUSIASTS AND ATHLETES

  • Smart periodised training in 6 week blocks with an “always ready” focus.

  • Become a more confident olympic lifter.

  • Learn how to pace and strategise workouts

  • 6 days of workouts (90 minutes a day including extras) with benchmark testing on a 6th day.

  • Regular Coach feedback on lifting, movement, and gymnastics performance.

  • Expect to become a fitter, stronger, more capable human and regularly learn new skills and techniques.

DEDICATED 1-ON-1 COACHING WITH CUSTOM PROGRAMMING FOR YOUR PERSONAL GOALS

  • Perfect for individuals looking for the competitive edge in sport.

  • Ideal if you have unique equipment setup/limitations, specific goals, injuries or work environment.

  • 4 to 6 days of individualised workouts a week for your specific goals and equipment requirements.

  • Coaching through competition or towards a time based goal with strategies, feedback and support.

  • Monthly check in calls with your coach to assess your results and plan next steps.

  • Expect accountability and investment in you getting the results you want.
