PROGRAM OVERVIEW
It's a group program, but it's able to be customised by you. Choose from three different bias tracks of lifting, engine or gymnastics - based on your goals, current skill level and priorities for each training block.
Designed to be completed in 90 minutes a day, but it can easily be broken into two sessions with the conditioning completed separately as well as your chosen bias, in order to maintain your focus level and intensity.
Your coaches will be on hand to provide ongoing feedback and analysis around your movement and performance, and answer any questions you may have around scaling, substitutions or intent on each piece.
Each day comes with coaches notes and a video of exercises to be performed. Choose from 3 different scaling levels for conditioning pieces, with a writeup each day on strategy and time duration intended for each metcon.
Every day is programmed around common equipment found in a CrossFit or strength and conditioning gym, with substitutions provided or available via messaging the coaching team.
Each week of training is provided in advance through the Train Heroic app, which also allows you to log all your weights, reps and scores, see a global leaderboard for movements and metcons each day and provide direct messaging access to our coaching team.

Comprehensive training program with multiple options to meet your individual needs
6 days of training per week, 60-90 minutes per session, strength and metcon plus option of 3 bias to tailor your program
Supplemental accessory work for strength development, gymnastics skills and aerobic endurance
Select out of 3 scaling options for the metcon:
Black: Advanced Athletes - Elite/Semifinal/Crossfit Games athletes
Green: Intermediate/Advanced Athletes - Aspiring Semi-Final athletes/ Local Competitors
White: Beginner/Scaled CrossFit Open or Fitness Enthusiast Athletes/Beginners
Track your progress using data, keep track of your lifts, weights, PRs in the app. Use the leaderboard to see how you stack up against the Buffalo Tribe community.
Feedback from high-level coaches with proven success coaching in the sport of fitness (via email or interaction through the training platform).
